Resiliencia: Recurso existencial, dinámica cultural y dimensión clínica

Resumen
En las últimas cuatro o cinco décadas y por una variedad de razones, la palabra “Resiliencia” y su serie de significados en diversos terrenos del ser y el quehacer humano, han ido adquiriendo creciente reconocimiento e importancia. Puede decirse que, hoy en día, Resiliencia es materia de discusión e investigaciones en ciencias naturales, sociales y biológicas y, ciertamente, en los campos de medicina y salud (Sivak, 2018b; Southwick et al., 2023). Dentro de este último, no es exagerado afirmar que Resiliencia ocupa actualmente un lugar preferente en la literatura de Salud Mental, tanto en el ámbito local o regional como en el de la llamada Salud Mental Global (Lolas, 2016; Reeck et al., 2016).
